Simply park your car in a Smart Prkn enabled zone. The app automatically detects your location via GPS and starts your session. You'll receive a notification confirming your session has begun.
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and SMS payment options. You can manage your payment methods in the app under Settings > Payment Methods.
Go to Settings > Vehicles and tap "Add Vehicle". Enter your license plate number and select your country/region. You can add unlimited vehicles and set a default for automatic sessions.
Yes! Open the app and go to Active Sessions. Tap on your current session and select "Extend Session". You can add time up to the maximum allowed for that zone.
If you believe you received a ticket in error while using Smart Prkn, contact our support team with your session ID. We'll verify your active session and help resolve the issue with the parking authority.
Absolutely. We use PCI-compliant payment processing and never store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted and tokenized for maximum security.
Receipts are automatically emailed after each session. You can also download them from the Session History section in the app at any time.
Smart Prkn currently operates in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with support for local license plates and parking regulations. We're expanding to more countries soon.
